With the success of our previous GIS Day events, we are back with our fourth annual GIS Day 2015 @ NYU – an “all things GIS” information fair. The event takes place on Wednesday, November 18th, 2015.
Data Services tutorials through the end of semester are now open for registration on the Libraries’ classes page. They include some newly offered tutorials, such as Creating Graphics with R and Data Management in SPSS.
Join Data Services for a one-hour guest lecture by Dr. Stuart Shulman on using the DiscoverText and Sifter tools to analyze social media data. These tools can be used to sift data from Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr and other platforms . . .
